About the Firm

A fast-growing design-led development firm that integrates architecture and full-scale commercial real estate development under one roof. Due to an influx of projects, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Professional to join our team. The exact title and level will be determined based on experience and licensure.

The Role

This position is ideal for an Architectural Designer, Job Captain, Project Architect or similar with 5-10 years of experience in architecture. The selected candidate will have direct access to firm leadership, working on projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce technical drawings and construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and developers to execute commercial projects.
Participate in design development, space planning, and detailing.
Conduct code analysis, construction administration, and consultant coordination.
Lead or assist in project management, depending on experience level.
Maintain high-quality standards while balancing design and functionality.

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of experience in an architecture firm or design-focused development firm.
Licensure is preferred but not required (candidates on the path to licensure are encouraged to apply).
Strong Revit & AutoCAD skills (SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at varying phases.
