Introduction

Welcome to CRE Confidential®, an exclusive platform connecting top-tier candidates, employers, investors, and dealmakers in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of all content, services, and functionality offered.

Our platform is more than a recruitment site—it is a confidential marketplace for leadership matchmaking, real estate investment opportunities, and strategic business connections. Whether you are seeking executive leadership, capital for your next project, or investment opportunities, CRE Confidential® serves as a hub for connecting the right people to close deals and drive growth.

Definitions

  • Confidential Information: All information shared by candidates, employers, investors, and the platform, including but not limited to resumes, deal sheets, personal data, employer profiles, capital sources, and real estate project details.

  • Candidate: Any individual submitting information for recruitment or business matchmaking purposes on the platform.

  • Employer: Any company or organization accessing candidate information for recruitment purposes or seeking CRE-related business opportunities.

  • Investor: Any individual or entity seeking to match capital with real estate projects or business ventures.

  • CRE Confidential®: Refers to the business entity, website, and all associated services provided through this platform.

  • Matchmaking: The process of connecting various stakeholders, such as employers, investors, developers, and other CRE professionals, to facilitate partnerships, investment, and project collaboration.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of CRE Confidential®. By using this platform, all users agree to uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect the privacy and security of candidates, employers, and investors.

  • Control Over Shared Information: Candidates retain full control over which information is shared, including the ability to provide confidential and non-confidential versions of resumes, business proposals, and deal sheets.

  • Privacy of Personal and Professional Information: Candidates may redact sensitive information as they see fit. CRE Confidential® will not disclose other personal or professional contact details to employers or investors without candidate approval.

  • Discretion on Visibility: Candidates can select their level of profile visibility.

  • Strict Confidentiality Obligations: Employers and investors must maintain confidentiality regarding all candidate information, deal details, and platform features.

  • No Unauthorized Sharing or Disclosure: Sharing candidate or deal information externally is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

  • Take screenshots, screen recordings, or copy content from the platform.

  • Share, distribute, or repurpose any confidential or proprietary content.

  • Use information obtained through CRE Confidential® for purposes outside of recruitment, investment, or legitimate business activities.

Legal and Account Repercussions

Violating confidentiality obligations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Data Accuracy and Verification

  • CRE Confidential® does not verify the accuracy of any information submitted by candidates, employers, or investors.

  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Matchmaking and CRE Networking

CRE Confidential® facilitates both employment matches and investment networking within the CRE industry. Users can connect with investors, developers, and other stakeholders to source funding, find business partners, and close deals.

Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance

CRE Confidential® complies with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, ensuring that recruitment processes are conducted in a non-discriminatory manner. Employers using the platform must comply with EEO regulations in their hiring practices.

Platform Availability and Technical Failures

CRE Confidential® does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We are not responsible for disruptions due to technical failures, outages, or security incidents.

Limitation of Liability for Data Breaches

  • While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to bypass these measures.

  • CRE Confidential® is not responsible for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user information.

Fees & Payment Terms

1. Payment Obligations
Certain services within CRE Confidential® require payment, including but not limited to:

  • Employer access to candidates (e.g., premium candidate access, confidential hiring services)

  • Premium placement & visibility for job postings, investors, and dealmakers

  • Introduction fees for concierge matchmaking

  • Future investor and dealmaker services (as applicable)

By using any paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our platform.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Payment for access to premium services does not guarantee employment, investment, or successful business transactions. CRE Confidential® facilitates introductions but is not responsible for any specific hiring, funding, or deal outcomes.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to CRE Confidential® are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees are charged for access and visibility within our platform, not for guaranteed results.

4. Subscription & Recurring Fees (If Applicable)
Some services may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., membership access or ongoing visibility services). You authorize CRE Confidential® to charge the designated payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid payments made to CRE Confidential®. If there is a dispute regarding a charge, users must first contact CRE Confidential® at hello@creconfidential.org to resolve the issue.

6. Pricing Changes & Service Adjustments
CRE Confidential® reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new fees, or discontinue services at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected on our platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any new pricing terms.

No Endorsement or Verification of Investments

  • CRE Confidential® does not verify, endorse, or conduct due diligence on any investment opportunities, real estate projects, sponsors, or capital providers.

  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, seeking independent legal, financial, and tax advice before engaging in any transactions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
