Welcome to CRE Confidential®, an exclusive platform that connects top-tier candidates and employers in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), matchmaking with real estate deals, consultants, and facilitates networking among CRE professionals and adjacent related industries. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the platform, including all content, services, and functionality offered.

Our platform goes beyond just career opportunities—it also serves as a hub for matchmaking all facets with the real estate industry and connecting potential stakeholders. Whether you're seeking executive leadership, capital for your next big project, or a business partner, CRE Confidential® brings together the right people to close deals and drive growth.

Definitions

  • Confidential Information: Refers to all information shared by candidates, employers, investors, and the platform, including resumes, deal sheets, personal data, employer profiles, capital sources, real estate project details, and other submitted information.

  • Candidate: Any individual submitting their information for recruitment or business matchmaking purposes on the platform.

  • Employer: Any company or organization accessing candidate information for recruitment purposes or seeking to engage in CRE-related business opportunities.

  • Investor: Any individual or entity seeking to match capital with real estate projects or other CRE business ventures.

  • CRE Confidential®: Refers to the business entity, website, and all associated services provided through this platform.

  • Matchmaking: The process of connecting various stakeholders, such as employers, investors, developers, and other CRE professionals, to facilitate partnerships, investment, and project collaboration.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of CRE Confidential®. By accessing and using this platform, all users agree to uphold strict confidentiality standards that protect the privacy and security of candidates, employers, and investors alike.

  • Control Over Shared Information: Candidates retain full control over which information is shared on the platform, including the ability to provide confidential and non-confidential versions of their resumes, business proposals, deal sheets, and any other professional materials.

  • Privacy of Personal and Professional Information: Candidates may redact sensitive information as they see fit. CRE Confidential will not disclose any personal, professional, or contact details to employers or investors without candidate approval.

  • Discretion on Visibility: Candidates are encouraged to select the level of visibility for their profiles, balancing discretion with the goal of securing relevant career opportunities.

  • Strict Confidentiality Obligations: Employers and investors agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information, deal details, and any sensitive content accessed on the platform. This includes the obligation to keep platform processes and proprietary features confidential.

  • No Unauthorized Sharing or Disclosure: Sharing candidate or deal information with external parties, colleagues, or other stakeholders without prior approval from CRE Confidential is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized disclosure may result in the immediate termination of access, along with potential legal action to address any breaches of confidentiality.

Prohibited Actions:

  • No Screenshots, Recordings, or Content Copying: To protect the privacy and integrity of our members, taking screenshots, screen recordings, or copying any text, images, or files from the platform is expressly forbidden. This includes reproducing any candidate profiles, deal information, or proprietary content found on CRE Confidential.

  • Legal and Account Repercussions: Any attempt to capture, replicate, or share content from the platform without permission will result in immediate removal from CRE Confidential, forfeiture of any remaining access or subscription, and potential legal action to enforce our confidentiality standards and protect user data.

By joining and using CRE Confidential, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, committing to uphold the high level of confidentiality and trust that defines our platform.

Data Accuracy and Verification

CRE Confidential® does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by candidates, employers, or investors. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

Matchmaking and CRE Networking

CRE Confidential® facilitates not only employment matches but also matching across the CRE industry and networking among industry professionals. By using the platform, users can connect with investors, developers, and other stakeholders to source funding, find business partners, and close deals. Whether you are an investor looking to fund a project or a developer seeking capital, our platform connects you with professionals across the CRE sector.

EEOC Compliance

CRE Confidential® complies with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) laws and regulations, including those enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As a recruiting platform, we adhere to federal laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age (40 or older), disability, and genetic information. We ensure that all recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and employer recommendations are conducted in a non-discriminatory manner. Employers using our platform must also comply with EEOC regulations in their hiring practices. CRE Confidential® is committed to promoting an inclusive, fair, and legally compliant recruitment process.

Platform Availability and Technical Failures

CRE Confidential® makes no guarantees that the platform will be available at all times. We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or failures due to technical issues.

Limitation of Liability for Data Breaches

While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to bypass these measures. In the event of a data breach, CRE Confidential® is not responsible for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information. This includes employers, investors, or otherwise.

Code of Conduct

Users must adhere to professional standards of conduct. Any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access.

Waiver of Liability for Employment and Business Outcomes

CRE Confidential® facilitates introductions but does not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates, the success of business ventures, or the closing of deals. All parties must conduct their own due diligence.

Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRE Confidential®, 44 Consulting Group, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • (a) The indemnifying party's breach of this Agreement,

  • (b) Any negligent or wrongful act by the indemnifying party,

  • (c) Any violation of applicable laws by the indemnifying party.

  • (d) Any breach or violation of any other type

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

CRE Confidential® reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Fraudulent Information & Verification

All candidates, employers, and investors must provide accurate information, including email addresses and phone numbers. Any false or unverifiable information will result in removal from the platform. CRE Confidential® does not take responsibility for any consequences resulting from false information provided by users.

Employer and Investor Indemnity for Misrepresentation

Employers and investors agree to indemnify CRE Confidential® for any claims or damages resulting from a candidate's misrepresentation of qualifications, skills, or employment history. Employers and investors are responsible for verifying credentials and conducting background checks or reference checks independently.

No Guarantees of Reference Checks

CRE Confidential® does not perform background checks, verify references, or independently validate credentials for candidates beyond what is publicly available or provided by the candidate. Employers and investors are fully responsible for conducting their own reference checks and due diligence prior to making any hiring or investment decisions.

Periodic Member Review

All members, including candidates, employers, and investors, are subject to periodic reviews by CRE Confidential® to ensure continued compliance with these terms. Any violation discovered during these reviews will result in termination of platform access.

CRE Confidential® may include links to third-party websites or resources for convenience. However, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, services, or practices of third-party websites. You access third-party resources at your own risk.
